it is a very long day when having to listen via zoom. it is very helpful to be able to listen retrospectively, although it takes away the opportunity to ask questions

The virtual nature works for me as would not have been able to attend this study day face to face. Chat ability allows questions and these were answered promptly.
Excellent course, as usual
I've had some experience of speaking on virtual meetings and find it really difficult without real time feedback from the audience, which is something we all have to adapt to I suppose. From the attendee point of view I found it a really good way of "attending" with flexibility to fit in around work, really great to be able to do this without having to get study leave!

I am very appreciative of virtual CPD events. As a working mum it is often difficult to get to days away but with the virtual event I can still be learning whilst sat outside the dance class!

Whilst I think virtual has its definite upsides, you can't beat the social aspect of face to face and exchanging ideas and stories - face to face probably adds more to the day. But thanks for a great day!!

The online format works well for these type of meetings. It would be good to remind the speakers that the audience may not always have access to their screen (e.g. listening in whilst driving) — and that describing the key slides would sometimes help!

Incredibly useful to have it virtually. I could not attend otherwise. An excellent event and superb value for money
Good programme and engaging speakers at a reasonable price - congratulations to the organisers. The Zoom platform worked pretty well but there were several moments during which sound was lost. (I don’t think this was just at my end because it was referenced in the chat section at one point.) Also there seemed to be some scribble on the screen for one of the talks which was rather distracting. If I recall correctly (I haven’t used Zoom for meetings for a long time now as my Trust switched to Teams) there is functionality within Zoom such that this may have been done by a delegate in error. Despite these virtual issues overall it was a good day for £50, so thank you.
Love the format - can catch up later- sometimes in bite-size chunks.
